Dale Streblow, Artist Bio

Dale Streblow is an artist from Granite Falls. In 2002, he started to show bronze sculptures and paintings in various galleries in the Midwest.

A self-described realist, but with a maverick, odd-ball bent, Dale’s goal is to do his best to portray God’s creation while pushing the viewer in directions he/she may not have gone before. Strong contrast, extreme compositions, and a variety of themes and color schemes are all tools used to accomplish those goals. From landscapes that are large and expansive, to those that are moody and tonalistic; from dramatic wildlife and old-West figuratives to portraits of pretty girls; from bronzes of spirited horses to paintings of barnyard roosters; commissioned paintings of large landscapes and a life-size bronze statue of a deceased individual for a local corporation, all are part of Dale’s artistic vision.

Recently, his extended family now owns Carl’s bakery and artwork endeavors have been combined with that family-run business.
