The Prairie Piecemakers Quilt Guild started September 12, 2002 with a group of ladies at the farmhouse of Lois Sather. The group mainly does community projects such as Veterans quilts, gold star banners, several preschool quilts over the years, raffled a quilt for Walk of Hope, displayed for quilt shows during special occasions and many other projects to mention. Recently donated funds for UNICEF by creating Ukrainian quilt banners. Very proud of what this group has accomplished over the last 20 years!
